On this page you will always find the latest updates in relation to the Covid-19 emergency and the measures we adopt for the best management of orders and shipments, in compliance with government decrees in order to limit the spread of the epidemic.
We wish to inform you that we are doing anything possible to assure you the best service, as ever, in full compliance with all safety and prevention standards to protect the health of our customers, employees and collaborators. So please, find here below some useful information for you:

  • • The production of  italian suppliers has been suspended until May 3rd, therefore, all orders and shipments will be delayed for about two weeks.

  • • The acquisition and processing of orders continues regularly with a delay in production / shipping time of about two weeks.

  • • Delivery time: shipments of in stock products from our logistics centers will start again regularly, worldwide, from May 4th, with the exception of some shipments we continue to make with express courier for in stock products that can be delivered in this way.
      For all products not indicated as in-stock, it is necessary to add two weeks to the average availability time indicated in the product sheet, for the final calculation of the delivery.

  • • Our Customer Service is operative in Smart Working, therefore, we will respond to all your requests. Online chat on our website is active as well.

    • • Our showroom will remain closed to the public until May 3rd, whereas the customer service and online consultancy and design service will be active.
