The legislative decree on the processing and protection of personal data imposes a series of obligations on the part of those who process information referring to other subjects, including that of informing the person to whom the data relate about the use that is made of his relative information and that of acquiring the consent to carry out the related operations.

The law in question intends as data processing the following operations: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction.

The information requested during registration can be used to allow access and use of any online services.

Navigation data (log files)

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Purposes and methods of treatment

of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

the attestation that the operations referred to in the first and second paragraph of this paragraph have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
